AC Photonics Introduces 850nm, 980nm and 1060nm Optical Isolators

AC Photonics, Inc., a provider of premium fiberoptic components, modules and sub-systems with broad product portfolio, today announces the immediate availability of its polarization insensitive short-wavelength optical isolators, namely 850nm, 980nm, and 1060nm isolators.

As in the case of other AC’s other fiberoptic products, the short-wavelength polarization insensitive optical isolators are epoxy-free in the optical path, which enables them to be used in high power applications. They feature low insertion loss and PDL, high isolation, and industry-leading small form factor (52mm x 28mm x 27 mm), and high stability and reliability.

The extension of AC’s product lines to include those short-wavelength optical isolators is our next step towards the goal of serving the communications, security and defense, medical and industrial processing markets.
